Verona is a city in LaMoure County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 85 at the 2010 census.[1] Verona was founded in 1886.

There were 53 housing units at an average density of 205.0 per square mile (78.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 99.07% White and 0.93% Native American.

There were 44 households out of which 34.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.5% were married couples living together, 6.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.8% were non-families. 25.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.45 and the average family size was 2.97.

In the city the population was spread out with 25.9% under the age of 18, 2.8% from 18 to 24, 38.0% from 25 to 44, 20.4% from 45 to 64, and 13.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
